A Senior Service Center in Nanyang invited Lü Dengge, an inheritor of the intangible heritage paper-cutting project, to teach old people the skills of paper-cutting, enriching their cultural lives and creating a happy and peaceful Spring Festival atmosphere on Feb 1.
