Requisites for registration (Change of Registration)

Please refer to 12th article of Temporary Regulations on Management of Permanent Office of Foreign Enterprises (State Council of PRC) and 19th article of Management of Permanent Office of Foreign Enterprises (State Administration of Industry and Commerce)

Requisites for registration (log-on of Registration)

A foreign enterprise stops business or declare bankruptcy by or before the contracted time.

Required Documents (log-on of Registration)

1. application form for log-on of Registration

2. approval from relevant departments

3. documents which prove enterprise having paid relevant taxes

4. registration book and document which proves the validity of the chief representative of the Permanent Office of Foreign Enterprise

5. other related documents

Fees (related documents according to which fees are paid )

National Documents：Notice on items and standard of paying fees (Nation Price Bureau, Finance Department, August 1, 1992, No. [1992]414 )　　

Fees：600 yuan for registration; 300 yuan for delay of registration; 100 yuan for change of registration
