Application Requirements:

1. The organization should register in China according to law;

2. The organization should have good business reputation;

3. The organization should have fixed place in the city and permanent staff;

4. The organization should provide various true and credible materials;

5. The organization should go through procedures according to the Implementing Regulations.

Application materials:

1. Application signed by legal representative of the organization, including introduction on the enterprise, name of the representative office, name of Chief Representative and other representatives, business scope, term of residence, site of office, etc.;

2. Certificate of incorporation (copy) issued by authorities of the host country (region);

3. Credit certification;

4. Letter of authentication issued by the legal representative of the organization for the representative office, resume of the representatives and their identity certificates (copy);

5. All the application materials hereinbefore should be notarized by notary organs and certified by Chinese diplomatic and consular mission in the country.
