The 10th China-Europe International Tourism Academic Conference took place in Ningbo, Zhejiang province from April 25 to 27, attracting over 150 tourism higher education experts, scholars, and business executives from countries including China, France, the Czech Republic, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, and Morocco.

The conference featured a lineup of keynote speeches, roundtable discussions, and parallel forums. Distinguished experts and scholars delved into the values, interactions, practices, effects, and evolving trends of cultural heritage and tourism during the keynote sessions, and their insights resonated strongly with attendees from China and beyond.

On the sidelines of the meeting, Ningbo University forged collaborative ties with two prominent French tourism enterprises - Puy du Fou and ClubMed, as well as France's largest tourism and leisure academic publishing company - Espaces Tourisme et Loisirs.

The China-Europe International Tourism Academic Conference is co-founded and hosted by Ningbo University and the University of Angers in France. Since its inception in 2011, the conference has transcended borders, having successfully convened in diverse locales such as France, Morocco, and China. It has evolved into a highly anticipated annual fixture in the tourism industry, fostering fruitful exchanges, mutual learning, and collaborative initiatives within the international tourism academic community.
