Zhang said Zhongwei should seize the opportunity to implement the "national computing network to synergize east and west" strategy and build Zhongwei into a big data industry-centered city. The city should vigorously implement the three-year action plan to improve the quality and efficiency of cloud computing and the big data industry.
He said Zhongwei will spare no efforts to build the "Western Digital Valley", make it a significant contributor to the realization of "Digital Ningxia".
