From Sept 6 to 12, with the theme of "Chinese Wine: A Marvel to the World", the Second China (Ningxia) International Wine Culture and Tourism Expo opened in Yinchuan, Ningxia. This expo is the first national exhibition to take wine as its subject, and aim to build an international platform to introduce Chinese wines to the world.
To demonstrate the domestic and international reputation of Ningxia wine, China Daily and the management committee of the wine industrial park at the eastern foothills of Helan Mountain have focused on promoting the international influence of Ningxia's wine industry. With its unique and visually appealing presentation in the special report of China Daily’s newspaper, the wine of Helan Mountain is distinctive and carves out its own identity in the global market. The quality of it wine produces fully reflects Helan Mountain’s place as a leading area for the opening and development of characteristic industries in western China, and comprehensively presents the boundless potential of the wine industry.
Wine, as a general “cultural language” in the world, is the best “spokesman” of Ningxia. The world wine industry agrees that "the future of Chinese wine lies in Ningxia". The wine industry has become a new engine to promote the construction of Ningxia.
