Helan Mountain National Forest Park in Yinchuan, Ningxia, launched a groundbreaking wellness tourism event themed around sunbathing on July 25, marking a new trend in the fusion of tourism with health and wellness.
The event focuses on the practice of sunbathing to absorb yang energy, promoting the concept of natural wellness. Participants are encouraged to bask in the sunlight, embracing the therapeutic benefits of nature.
To ensure the safety and effectiveness of this practice, traditional Chinese medicine experts were on-site to provide consultations, enhancing the overall visitor experience.
