Ningxia and the Khorezm Region of Uzbekistan also signed a memorandum of understanding to further strengthen their friendship.
The forum brought together enterprises, research institutions, and business associations from China and the five Central Asian countries. Participants reaffirmed their commitment to deepening cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative and fully implementing the "Yinchuan Initiative" adopted at this forum.
They also emphasized the importance of enhancing exchanges and collaboration among political parties, governments, and various sectors of society.
Looking ahead, the forum underscored the need to explore new growth areas such as finance, the digital economy, and green, low-carbon development. It also highlighted the importance of building more platforms for people-to-people exchanges to foster mutual development and strengthen the bonds of friendship between China and Central Asian countries.
