Ordos offers free coal to low-income residents

The government of Ulanmulun town, administered by Ejin Horoo Banner, Ordos in Inner Mongolia autonomous region, and assisted by Ordos Shengyuan Ulanmulun Industrial Co Ltd, on Nov 6 began offering free coal to local low-income residents to help them through the winter.

Low-income residents from 66 national and municipal families, one nursing home and two rural communities in Ulanmulun could receive a total of 600 tons of coal with a value of over 400,000 yuan ($60,349).
