Consumers can seek compensations from the proprietors of public businesses when they suffer bodily damages

Proprietors of such public businesses as hotels, shopping malls, restaurants, banks, airports, stations, ports, theaters should honour their obligations in protecting the safety of consumers. If consumers suffer bodily damages there and proprietors fail to fulfill their obligations to protect the safety of consumers, they should bear tort liability for compensation.
