Solutions when a seller forces a consumer to buy extra goods together with their original purchase

Updated: 2018-04-02 (english.legalinfo.gov.cn) Print

Consumers have the right to refuse if any seller forces them to buy extra goods together with their original purchase. If the seller takes violent, coercive actions, consumers may file a complaint to the administrative department for industry and commerce; as for those with cases of gross violation, and consumers may also report to the public security bodies.
