A landmark signing ceremony for a cooperation agreement on an intelligent industrial park project -- between Juungar economic development zone in Junngar Banner, in Ordos in northern China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region, and the Juungar branch of China Construction Bank (CCB) -- was held on Nov 15.

Officials said under the agreement's terms, the first intelligent park in the autonomous region will settle in Juungar Banner.

According to the bank, the intelligent industrial park is an online electronic platform recently launched by CCB.

It is mainly an online comprehensive service platform for various industrial parks.

CCB said it would help the government to improve the efficiency of the management of companies and at the same time, it would also assist enterprises to effectively coordinate with government developments.

As the first one of the autonomous regions to build an intelligent park, Junngar Economic Development Zone is aiming to enhance the network security and informatization between the government and enterprises.

It will also aim to promote the agglomeration effects of companies and industries, strengthen the electronic and information management of the government and also improve the brand influence of the development zone in investment promotions.

Officials said that with the signing of the cooperation agreement, both sides will make use of their own resources and advantages to empower the construction of the park with new financial modes and new technologies.

This, they said, will provide more high-quality, comprehensive and efficient financing and intellectual support for enterprises in the park.

At the same time, the two sides will also cooperate in promoting project implementation.

They will also work together on regional economic transformation, industrial upgrading and informatization reforms -- to achieve complementary advantages, resource sharing and win-win cooperation.
