Education providers in Inner Mongolia autonomous region are offering online courses for students in order to continue teaching during the current novel coronavirus outbreak.

Teachers across the region are currently being trained by experts from the Education Department of Inner Mongolia, preparing them to conduct online classes for students of all ages.

Cities including Baotou, Tongliao, Ordos, and Bayannur will offer the service, particularly for high school students studying in grade three. And efforts have been made to ensure students are taught by their original teachers.

In addition, Inner Mongolia has started a live streaming service to provide technical support for online courses, with the service available in certain parts of the autonomous region.
