Products from 42 Ordos enterprises are on display at the eighth Inner Mongolia Green Agricultural and Livestock Products Expo, which opened on Oct 12 in Hohhot, the capital city of North China’s Inner Mongolia autonomous region.
Around 380 types of products from Ordos are exhibited, involving beef, lamb, grains, sea buckthorn, cashmere and spirulina.
The Ordos exhibition hall has adopted blue, white and green as its primary decorative colors, representing "blue sky," "white clouds" and the "grassland." The hall's shape is modeled after headwear worn by Mongolian women in Ordos, a nod to the city's strong and proud cultural characteristics.
