According to an Ordos Daily report, the transaction amount of the Ordos branch of Inner Mongolia Property Rights Trading Market has exceeded 450 million yuan ($67.52 million) since its establishment.

The Ordos branch was jointly established by Ordos Transformation Development Investment Co and Inner Mongolia Property Rights Trading Market on July 18, 2019.

It is responsible for the transactions of State-owned assets of enterprises in Ordos city. The branch’s specific business work is overseen by the Ordos Guoyuan Huiheng Enterprise Management Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Ordos Transformation Development Investment Co.

To date, the Ordos branch has realized 166 State-owned enterprises' entry transactions, with a total listed amount of 451.36 million yuan. 

The branch's work involves transferring State-owned enterprise equity, house rentals and transfers, vehicle scrapping and transfers, transaction witnesses and physical assets. 

The Ordos branch has also reached long-term cooperative relationships with many State-owned enterprises.

Additionally, it has carried out bidding and procurement operations for State-owned enterprises. The office has completed 25 State-owned enterprises' bidding and procurement entry transactions.

The property rights trading center plays an essential role in promoting the standardized and orderly operation of bidding and procurement activities of Ordos' State-owned enterprises.
