A large-scale modern logistics center in Dongsheng district in Ordos city is under smooth construction and scheduled to go into use in October.

The under-construction logistics center is surrounded by national highways 109 and 210 and the G65 Baotou-Maoming Expressway is close by, providing it with unique transportation advantages.

It will integrate the functions of warehousing, logistics, distribution, commerce, catering and accommodation services.

Construction of the logistics center started on March 18 this year, and the foundation has been laid.

Business promotion work for the logistics center is being conducted and ZTO Express has settled in.

When put into use, the logistics center will attract major e-commerce and express companies to settle, form a strong cohesive force through batch delivery and convenient logistics distribution, and gradually form a logistics distribution center covering surrounding areas. 

It is expected that its annual transaction volume will reach 600 million yuan ($90.02 million), and it will provide job opportunities for around 1,000 people.
