Ejine Banner's stranded tourists arrive in Ordos

Two batches of stranded tourists in Ejine Banner in North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region arrived in the city of Ordos on Oct 30 and 31, respectively.

The 1,766 tourists will undergo 14 days of centralized hotel quarantine in Ordos' Ejin Horoo Banner, Dongsheng district, or Kangbashi district before heading home.

Thorough preparations have been made to welcome the tourists.

The three hotels in charge of tourist quarantine in Kangbashi district have all prepared a welcome banner at the entrance, and some have even decorated with plants.

Each room is equipped with a separate bathroom and a 24-hour hot water kettle, drinking glasses, cable TV, WiFi, and daily necessities such as large buckets of purified water, brand new basins, towels, gloves, disinfecting alcohol, hand-washing gel, laundry detergent and other cleaning and disinfection products. 

Fresh fruits and books have been prepared as well.

Additionally, each hotel is equipped with a service team including medical staff members, police and hotel service personnel to assist tourists stranded in Ejine Banner.
