Ordos cashmere, wool exhibition to kick off in August

The Fifth China (Ordos) International Cashmere and Wool Exhibition will be held on Aug 19-21 in the city of Ordos in North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region.
The news was announced at a press conference on the exhibition which took place in the region's capital city of Hohhot on July 21.
The exhibition will be jointly sponsored by the China Chamber of International Commerce, the Inner Mongolia committee of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and the Ordos municipal government this year.
It is committed to building an economic and trade cooperation platform integrating information exchange, investment negotiation, commodity display and project matchmaking between domestic and foreign cashmere wool enterprises, and promoting the high-quality development and transformation of the global cashmere wool industry.
The exhibition will include 20,000 square meters of exhibition area and 350 booths offline. For the first time this year, new exhibition areas for camel hair and yak hair will be added to promote the changes between different hair sectors.
Meanwhile, a series of other activities will be organized during the exhibition to provide deal negotiation and product promotion opportunities.
Among them are the Third Ordos Cashmere Auction, the third season of "Aigou Cashmere Brand Plan" internet celebrity e-commerce marketing competition and "Rongguang·Yicai" brand release and fashion show.
