A group of 75 tourists from South China's Guangdong province arrived at Resonant Sand Bay in the city of Ordos in North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region on March 1 and began their four-day trip.

This is the second tourist group from Guangdong to visit Ordos city since Guangdong and Inner Mongolia signed deals to boost year-round tourism between the two places.

The tourists will spend one day and one night at Resonant Sand Bay to enjoy the desert scenery, and then they will visit other landmark scenic spots in Ordos.

Since the lift of strict virus prevention and control measures, the tourism market of Ordos city has gradually recovered and is expected to experience a tourism peak this year.
