A total contract amount of 90.8 billion yuan ($12.44 billion) was signed at an industrial matchmaking meeting between Beijing and North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region on Oct 13.

The contracts signed by the city of Ordos in Inner Mongolia amounted to 18.4 billion yuan.

Highlights include a photovoltaic power station cooperation project worth 1.62 billion yuan, a cooperation project worth 14 billion yuan to build a photovoltaic base, as well as a 2.78-billion-yuan project tied to the supply of green power and new energy.
