In traditional Chinese culture, fish symbolizes the auspicious wish for surplus.

As various species of Yellow River fish, such as carp, crucian carp, and bream, were caught, visitors eagerly made their selections to take home.

The auction for the "biggest fish" drew the attention of numerous onlookers.
