International BRICS Skills Challenge held in Ordos

The 2025 BRICS Skills Challenge International Finals opened on Nov 15 in Ordos city.
A total of 58 teams are competing this year, including 10 international teams from countries such as Ghana, Uganda, and South Africa, and 48 teams from vocational institutions across China.
Focused on the theme of managing family farms, the competition covers agricultural production planning, farm financial forecasting, financing, and other areas. It aims to cultivate high-caliber rural vitalization talent equipped with both technical skills and management capabilities.
Since its launch in 2022, the BRICS Skills Competition has been held three times, attracting widespread participation from BRICS members and developing countries. Its extensive reach and growing influence have earned it a reputation as one of the most innovative and platform-driven events of its kind.
The event was hosted by Brazil's National Service for Industrial Training and the BRICS Business Council, and organized by the council's working group on skills development, applied technology, and innovation.
