Ordos-based Wangdao Liquor Co has recently begun filling its first export batch to Mongolia, totaling 2,880 cases of grain liquor. The shipment marks the company's full entry into the Mongolian market.

To meet local preferences, the company developed a customized product specifically for Mongolia, adjusting both packaging design and liquor formulation.

"This first batch fills a container with 2,880 cases of liquor over 40 percent alcohol by volume," said Wang Dong, executive director of the company. The shipment is expected to arrive in Mongolia's capital, Ulaanbaatar, very soon.

Wang added that the company began exploring the Mongolian market early this year. After obtaining sales approval in July, it set up a professional local sales team. With the peak season for spirits now underway, market promotion is progressing steadily.
