Drawing on professional insights, he reviewed the development of out-of-school education in China and outlined future directions, providing theoretical and practical guidance for high-quality growth in the sector.
In the afternoon, the Kangbashi Youth Development Center launched a series of flagship courses covering practice-based learning, interest cultivation, study tours, and after-school services. Representative teachers introduced course highlights and outcomes.
After the event, guests visited the Kangbashi Youth Study Tour Practice Base and leading local out-of-school institutions, experiencing first-hand the outcomes of "boundary-free classrooms" through on-site observation and interactive activities.
