In 2025, the Standing Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference Ordos Municipal Committee remained committed to providing policy advice while building consensus, actively serving the city's high-quality development agenda.

Throughout the year, it organized 82 consultation and deliberation activities, and conducted 110 inspection and research visits. A total of 178 policy advisory reports were produced, and 441 filed proposals were processed and responded to.

Committee members actively fulfilled their duties, submitting more than 2,200 suggestions and engaging with over 1,300 people from various sectors, fully demonstrating the CPPCC's responsibility and commitment in the new era.

Focusing on the formulation of the 15th Five-Year Plan (2026–30), the CPPCC Ordos committee launched the "One Suggestion for the 15th Five-Year Plan" initiative, selecting and submitting 68 high-quality proposals from different sectors for reference.

Efforts were also made to enhance the CPPCC's effectiveness as a specialized consultative body. The city held high-level training programs on proposal drafting and public opinion reporting across the CPPCC system.

As a result, Ordos ranked among the leading cities in the Inner Mongolia autonomous region in public opinion information work, with the number of adopted submissions increasing tenfold year-on-year.
