The 2021 Qingdao Ocean Wedding Culture Festival will kick off on Sept 26 and run until Oct 3, according to local media reports.

This year's edition has the theme of "Fashionable Qingdao, Love by the Sea – I Wait For You at the Seaside". It aims to create a romantic marriage brand, as well as innovative development modes to stimulate the romance and marriage tourism market, comprehensively strengthening the romance and marriage tourism industry chain in Qingdao's Shinan district.  

The 2021 Qingdao Wedding Culture Festival has a total of 20 sub-activities. The event will also feature creative performances of stage plays, crosstalk, and concerts.
