Qingdao per capita disposable income grows 9.4% in Q1-Q3

In the first three quarters of 2021, the per capita disposable income of Qingdao residents reached 38,443 yuan ($6,016.32), up 9.4 percent year-on-year, according to official statistics.

The per capita disposable income of urban residents was 44,900 yuan, up 8.5 percent year-on-year, while the per capita disposable income of rural residents was 22,143 yuan, up 11.6 percent year-on-year.

During this period, Qingdao residents' per capita consumption expenditure was 24,157 yuan, up 8.7 percent year-on-year. The per capita consumption expenditure of urban residents was 27,882 yuan, up 7.5 percent year-on-year, while the figure of rural residents was 14,752 yuan, up 12.6 percent year-on-year.

From January to September, the per capita wage income of Qingdao residents was 23,037 yuan, up 9.5 percent year-on-year, accounting for 59.9 percent of per capita disposable income.

The per capita net operating income of Qingdao residents was 7,658 yuan, up 11.2 percent year-on-year.

The per capita net property income of Qingdao residents was 3,183 yuan, up 7.8 percent year-on-year, accounting for 8.3 percent of per capita disposable income.
