Innovative tourism offerings draw crowds to Qingdao

During the recent Qingming holiday, scenic spots in Qingdao were crowded with tourists from across the country.

According to official data, over the three-day holiday, Qingdao's tourism bookings increased by 165 percent compared to the previous year, and ticket orders for scenic spots grew by 299 percent year-on-year.

The spring flower economy has continued to thrive in Qingdao. Cherry blossoms, azaleas, tulips, and various other flowers have bloomed, attracting numerous visitors. Zhongshan Park, Xinhao Hill Park, Taiping Mountain Greenway, Fushan Forest Park, and other places have become popular places for people to enjoy the flowers.

Qingdao's historical districts have been widely popular among tourists, attracting a large number of spring visitors.

Relying on the historical and cultural appeal of the historical districts, Qingdao has introduced various new tourism experiences, continuously enhancing the consumption experience at scenic spots and making cultural tourism increasingly rich and clear.
