Construction conditions: The project near Taishan Street in the south, Beijing-Shanghai Expressway, Beijing-Fuzhou Expressway and Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway to the west and Yingsheng Road on the east. There are two eastern and western main-roads is planned to construct, which connect the Times Development Axis and Yingsheng South Road, and two North-south trunk roads. Transportation here is convenient and densely populated.

Economic benefits analysis: After the project goes into operation, it could raise sales income of 14.4 billion yuan, and profits and taxes of 1.7 billion yuan.
