An exhibition featuring works of young local painter Li Li opened at the Tai'an Art Museum in Tai'an, Shandong province on Jan 20.

Nearly 30 pieces of Li's bird-and-flower paintings are currently being displayed at the exhibition, which will last until Feb 20.

Jointly organized by the Tai'an Art Museum and the Taishan Art Academy, the exhibition is part of the city's cultural institutions' efforts to discover and promote young local artists and display their creation and pursuit of art, in a bid to boost the development of local fine art business.

The exhibition has gained recognition from visitors.

"Though it's not a large-scale exhibition, the works are filled with spirituality and attention to details, reflecting the painter's exquisite skills and creativity," said a visitor surnamed Wang.

The painter is a member of the Association of Chinese Young Artists.
