The 12th Shandong Provincial Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) opened in Jinan, the provincial capital of East China's Shandong province, on May 28.

The report delivered at the congress received a warm reaction from Tai'an Party members and officials in Shandong province. They all expressed that they will increase their efforts to help establish a strong modern socialist province in the new era.

Yu Lifeng, a Tai'an government official, stated that he will study the spirit of the 12th Shandong Provincial Congress of theCPC and apply it to his own work in order to improve service integration, supervision and implementation, comprehensive coordination, and logistical support.

Another official, Zhang Jirui, stated that the congress report had inspired him and that he will study, promote, and follow the spirit of the congress.
