A launch ceremony for a large-scale documentary about Mount Tai was held in Tai'an, Shandong province on June 15.

The documentary is a key publicity project planned and produced by Shandong Radio and TV and Tai'an for the opening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.

The documentary is expected to present the magnificent Mount Tai from the perspective of nature and humanity, showcase the natural and historical and cultural values of Mount Tai, tell Mount Tai's story, as well as promote the excellent traditional culture and shape the image of China.

After the documentary is produced, it is expected to be broadcast on the CCTV Documentary Channel, Shandong TV and new media.
