Tai'an adheres to green, low-carbon development of its construction industry

The Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department of Shandong Province recently listed Tai'an among the top five cities in terms of comprehensive construction industry strength.

In addition, Feicheng city, a county-level city in Tai'an, ranked first among the top 10 counties, and three Tai'an construction companies were listed in the top 30 construction companies in Shandong province.

In recent years, Tai'an has been bolstering its efforts to boost green, low-carbon and high-quality development of urban-rural development and create a comfortable living environment for residents.

Tai'an is planning to start 150 old neighborhood renovation projects in 366 communities and a total area of 457.28 hectares.

In addition, Tai'an plans to implement the strategy of rural vitalization in an all-around manner by renovating 337 households, building domestic sewage treatment facilities and strengthening the protection of historic cultural sites in rural areas.
