A total of 34 performers from the Antonio Gades Company, a Spanish dance group, visited Mount Tai Scenic Area in Tai'an, Shandong province on May 28, and ignited the passion of audience members with their fiery dances.

The dancers learned about Mount Tai from a tour guide, giving them an up-close look at ancient Chinese culture and the unique culture of Mount Tai.

During the event, the Mount Tai Scenic Area presented the performers with red scarves symbolizing peace and good fortune, along with cultural and creative artifacts distinctive to Mount Tai.

The dancers performed two dance pieces at the Hongmen Gate tourist center, with the rapid tapping of heels resonating throughout the area. Their uninhibited movements, though light and graceful, exuded immense power.

Led by the dancers, the audience was also immersed in a vibrant journey through Spanish culture. The event was also promoted online through live streaming and short videos on new media platforms, enhancing the popularity of the scenic area.
