With the lingering chill yet to dissipate, the Wangmu Pool at the Mount Tai Scenic Area in Tai'an is welcoming its most elegant time of the year. The wintersweets are in full bloom, their golden-yellow flowers resembling scattered stars on the branches, emitting a subtle fragrance and adding a touch of serenity and sophistication to the ancient temples.

Upon entering Wangmu Pool, one's gaze is met by the wintersweets that have flourished for over six hundred years, each yellow flower either clustered in small groups or standing alone, gracefully swaying in the brisk cold wind.

The slender petals of the wintersweet flowers are slightly curled, with tiny red stamens in the center resembling sparkling rubies, adorning the golden-yellow blossoms with a hint of playfulness and brilliance.

As sunlight cascades down, the wintersweet shadows on the red walls seem to bring time to a standstill.

During Spring Festival, Wangmu Pool has also become a popular destination for visitors, who arrive to appreciate the scenery with dreams of a wonderful new year. The blooming wintersweets have become the focal point of attention. Tourists stand beside the trees, taking cameras from various angles to preserve the beautiful moment.
