A shipment of 27 metric tons of frozen boneless chicken breast products, produced by Shandong Zhongke Food Co Ltd, recently passed inspection and quarantine by Tai'an Customs and was dispatched to Pakistan.

This marks another significant stride for Tai'an poultry in the international market, opening up a new frontier.

To ensure the quality and safety of meat products exported from Tai'an and foster stable growth in export trade, Tai'an Customs is leveraging its advantages by providing robust technical guidance. The department is also encouraging companies to build breeding bases and slaughter processing production lines in compliance with international standards, aiming to establish exemplary poultry export brands. Additionally, officials are strengthening risk management by supervising and guiding the entire production process, conducting residual veterinary drug testing, implementing animal disease risk prevention and control measures, and ensuring the safety of exported poultry.

"We previously ventured into the Australian market, and now we have expanded into Pakistan, underscoring the continued international popularity of our products," said Cheng Peng, quality control manager of Shandong Zhongke Food.

Officials from Tai'an Customs affirmed their commitment to fulfilling their role, optimizing regulatory measures, improving service initiatives, and providing full support for the expansion of Tai'an's agricultural exports. Their efforts aim to expand the global reach of Tai'an delicacies.
