During the Qingming Festival holiday, Tai'an came alive with a fusion of culture and tourism.
According to reports, from April 4 to 6, the city welcomed a total of 752,600 visitors across 21 A-level tourist attractions, new-format tourist spots, rural tourism areas, and red tourism sites.
During the holiday, hiking and flower appreciation have become popular among locals and tourists alike. Leveraging natural landscapes and traditional culture, various regions in the city have introduced unique activities to engage visitors.
Tai'an has strategically connected top scenic spots across the city to create a distinctive travel route featuring blossoms at the foot of Taishan Mountain, which has significantly boosted tourism enthusiasm across the region.
Feicheng city in Tai'an has made use of peach blossoms to host immersive cultural events, showcasing the auspicious beauty and artistic essence of peach culture.
In addition, the tulip festival at Taishan Mountain scenic area and the blooming tulips at Baifoshan scenic area have become popular destinations for holidaymakers looking to admire flowers and partake in outdoor leisure.
On April 4, the annual Tai'an Dongyue Temple Fair kicked off at Daimiao Temple, offering a diverse range of activities for both locals and tourists to immerse themselves in a multicultural experience.
