Eyou Robot Technology, China's leading provider of integrated servo joints, has launched the world's first automated production line for robot joints, based in Shanghai's Pudong New Area.

As the core components of a robot's power system and motion control, integrated joints play a decisive role in their overall performance. The production line represents a pivotal leap for the embodied intelligence industry, from technological R&D to large-scale manufacturing.

The line is systematically designed around the entire joint module manufacturing process, integrating precision assembly, automated calibration, and performance testing to enable fully automated production from individual components to finished joint modules.

The line currently has an annual production capacity of 100,000 units, with planned expansion expected to increase total capacity to 300,000 units, providing downstream robot manufacturers with support for large-scale production.

Eyou Robot Technology relocated its headquarters to Zhangjiang AI Robot Valley in 2025, as embodied intelligence has emerged as one of the key future-oriented industries in Pudong.

Pudong has established a complete innovation chain for humanoid robots, with a nearly complete robotics industry ecosystem taking shape in Zhangjiang AI Robot Valley.
