At the invitation of the Hungarian University of Fine Arts, representatives from the Shanxi Museum visited the university and signed a memorandum of understanding for a museum-school partnership.

The two sides aim to undertake conservation and restoration projects for stone artifacts, ceramics, and other cultural relics through personnel exchanges.

During the visit, Shanxi Museum and the university discussed the cultivation of heritage conservation professionals and explored the possibility of hosting an exhibition on Chinese bronze art at the university. 

At the Hungarian National Museum, both parties engaged in discussions about introducing each other's exhibitions, such as Encountering China: The Civilization of China through 100 Shanxi Artifacts and Attila: Myth and Reality of the Hunnic King, expressing hope that their joint efforts will facilitate the successful implementation of these exhibitions.

As the largest center for the collection, preservation, and research of cultural relics in Shanxi, the Shanxi Museum showcases the region's rich history and culture. It serves as a crucial window for both domestic and international audiences to understand Shanxi and Chinese history and culture. 

Wang Xiaoyi, director of Shanxi Museum, stated that the museum will actively integrate resources to plan more high-quality exhibitions with academic and artistic value suitable for both domestic and international cultural exchange platforms.
