The "Shanxi Innovation Valley" was unveiled on March 11 in the Xinzhou Economic Development Zone in Xinzhou, Shanxi province. It aims to integrate innovation, capital, industry, and talent chains, propelling Xinzhou towards high-quality, innovation-driven development.

Xinzhou will use its economic development zone to attract talent, foster enterprises, drive innovation, and promote the transformation of achievements. It will focus on the photovoltaic and new materials industries to accelerate the development of new quality productive forces.

The city will implement the "1+5" provincial policy system and formulate corresponding municipal policies to support the settlement of enterprises and scientific innovation teams and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
