Yangquan city's "Quanhaoban" government service brand has been recognized as a national exemplary practice, earning a spot in the "2025 Compilation of Outstanding Cases in Business Environment and Government Efficiency High-Quality Development".

Since last year, Yangquan has focused on optimizing its business environment and enhancing government efficiency. Centered on the "Quanhaoban" brand, the city has established a service system that covers the entire lifecycle of enterprises, offering more efficient, precise, and standardized government support for business development.

Yangquan has introduced the "Quanhaoban" government-enterprise engagement series, creating a platform for direct dialogue between businesses and key government leaders and departments. Tailored meetings have been held in six key areas – government services, major projects, energy, industrial chains, private enterprises, and investment attraction – effectively addressing business needs.

Professional teams from multiple departments at both the city and county levels have been formed to provide targeted support to businesses and densely populated areas. Dedicated enterprise service zones and innovative green channels have been established to proactively assist with project procedures.
