To meet the needs of employers and job seekers during the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic prevention and control period, the Yangquan Talent Exchange Service Center in Yangquan city recently organized a series of online recruitment activities -- including the 2020 Yangquan spring job fair on yqrcsc.com, a job search portal. 

Yangquan Talent Exchange Service Center has set up special pages for the "Yangquan 2020 Spring Online Talent Exchange Conference" and the "Yangquan 2020 Job Fair" on the website. 

Through online operations, employers can release job information based on their needs and screen job seekers' resumes online. Meantime, job hunters can obtain the latest job information anytime and negotiate with the intended companies and institutes. 

The two online job fairs have been supported and welcomed by many local private enterprises and job seekers. 

Officials said a more than 50 companies issued recruitment information and provided more than 140 positions for over 500 people, in the areas of  education, construction, sales, trade, accounting and in the e-commerce sectors. 

During the online job fairs, there were more than 800 visits to the website -- with more than 200 real-name registrations online and 22 people reaching preliminary employment agreements with employers. 

Officials said plans are for the Yangquan Talent Exchange Service Center to expand the scale and increase the frequency of online job seeker-employer matchmaking services. 

It will assist employers to update and promote recruitment information and guide enterprises to conduct online interviews, amid the current epidemic situation.
