Recently, the 80-02B and 84-01B parcels of land in the North Hongqiao Area – located in the Jiading area of the Hongqiao International Central Business District in East China's Shanghai city – were successfully bid on by Shanghai Aohong Decoration Technology Co Ltd and Shanghai Hongbo Zhongtuo New Material Technology Co Ltd.
Shanghai Aohong Decoration Technology Co Ltd plans to build the headquarters of the Aohai Group in 80-02B, integrating the group's business products other than its real estate business division.
After completion, it will provide the company with functions including technology research, a development laboratory, a settlements center and a product display and administration office.
The project will involve a total investment of 240 million yuan ($33.02 million) and the annual output value is expected to reach 800 million yuan.
Shanghai Hongbo Zhongtuo New Material Technology Co Ltd plans to build headquarters and a technology research and development center for the Kaili Group in 84-01B.
The project will serve the core business of the company – including polymer new materials, auto trade services, auto data information platform and automotive after-market business consulting – with a total investment of 200 million yuan and an projected annual output value of 600 million yuan.
