Shanghai Lin-gang Jiading Technology City Economic Development Co Ltd and Shanghai Youfei Information Technology (Group) Co Ltd signed a contract regarding the reservation and purchase of a project building in the Lin-gang Jiading Technology City.
The technology city is a collaborative effort between Jiading district and Lin-gang Group, and is aimed at creating an international science innovation industrial community through district cooperation and brand interconnection.
Shanghai Youfei will serve as the operator of the municipal incubator and Lin-gang Jiading Technology City. The first project building, which will cover an area of approximately 21,000 square meters, will be dedicated to fields like digital trade, industrial Internet, meta-universe, and green and low-carbon initiatives.
In addition, Shanghai Rural Commercial Bank, a strategic partner of Lingang Group, will further provide high-quality science and innovation financial services for the incubator and the Lin-gang Jiading Technology City.
In the future, the incubator will leverage the excellent industrial infrastructure of Lin-gang Jiading Technology City to establish a physical Internet and a low-carbon industry cluster. This will facilitate the integration of digital technology and manufacturing industries, and help drive the digital transformation of the service sectors.
