To ensure exhibitors have quick and efficient access to the venue of the upcoming 6th China International Import Expo (CIIE), various infrastructure enhancements have been implemented in and around the National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC) in Shanghai.
One notable addition is the recently-completed steel bridge over Xiaolai Gang, which connects the P7 parking lot to the NECC (Shanghai). This impressive dark green steel bridge spans 33 meters in length and 8 meters in width, providing a convenient and direct route to the parking facility.
The construction of this bridge took approximately three months. It will primarily serve as a pathway for expo shuttle buses as well as a vital route for managing the influx of visitors.
As the 6th CIIE resumes in-person activities, both exhibitors and visitors are expected to reach peak numbers. Consequently, this year's preparations have placed great importance on improving access bridges, parking arrangements, and public transportation capacity.
