Planning and Construction Division
The Planning and Construction Division oversees urban development by implementing construction plans, coordinating development and construction projects across different areas and entities, and promoting the construction of major projects within the region. It also coordinates the advancement of green ecological urban areas, green low-carbon development, energy-saving review and assessment, and the management platform for low-carbon energy efficiency operations. Additionally, it is responsible for promoting urban renewal in the business district.
City Operation Management Division
The City Operation Management Division is responsible for the top-level design, standards unification, and comprehensive coordination of the regional urban landscape, city appearance and maintenance, and the coordination, overall planning, and supervision of any urban management tasks.
Business Development Division
The Business Development Division is responsible for the exhibition and business development of the Hongqiao International CBD.
Industrial Development Division
The Industrial Development Division is responsible for regional industrial planning, industrial layout, and the promotion of major industrial projects.
Policy Research Office
The Policy Research Office is responsible for organizing the drafting of relevant regional laws and regulations, compiling regional comprehensive economic development plans, undertaking major policy research, and examining the legality of normative documents, administrative reconsiderations, and administrative responses to lawsuits.
Investment Promotion Division
The Investment Promotion Division is responsible for coordinating and advancing investment promotion efforts in the business district. It conducts statistical analysis, evaluation, and forecasting related to industrial economic operations.
Strategic Development Division
The Strategic Development Division is responsible for major strategic developments in the business district, researching and proposing strategies for regional economic, social, and urban development.
Public Service Division
The Public Service Division is responsible for coordinating and advancing the development of the business environment, strengthening top-level design, formulating and implementing plans, and enhancing the evaluation and optimization of the standards system. It is also responsible for building a talent service system and ensuring that the district's environment and policies are conducive to talent development. Additionally, it coordinates the construction of regional enterprise service platforms and public service support systems.
