The West Hongqiao area of the Hongqiao International Central Business District (CBD) is set to embrace more businesses and professionals with the completion of five major headquarters funded by SUS Environment, Anta, Midea, Bosideng, and SPIC this year.

The SUS Environment Global Headquarters recently celebrated its topping-out ceremony. Located near the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai), the headquarters features two towers and a garden-style commercial plaza, aiming to meet green and WELL health building standards. Completion is expected by Dec 31, 2025.

Anta Group's Shanghai Operations Center is also nearing completion. This facility will host offices, a research center, an area for hosting international conferences, sports facilities, and flagship stores, accommodating 4,000 to 5,000 employees. It is set to begin operating by the end of this year.

Midea's Global Innovation Park, a 400,000-square-meter complex, will welcome employees in the second quarter of this year. Located near the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai), the park integrates nature and technology, offering spaces for R&D, business, and leisure. Full operational status is expected by September 2025.
Construction on the West Hongqiao Innovation Center and headquarters for Bosideng and SPIC is also progressing rapidly.
