The 2025 Innovative Development Conference for Productive Internet Service Platforms took place in the Hongqiao International Central Business District (CBD) on March 24, focusing on the integrated development of domestic and foreign trade.
The event gathered over 150 representatives from companies and industry associations, along with Yang Xubo, deputy director of the CBD's administrative committee, to explore new global supply chain pathways driven by new quality productive forces.
A key highlight was the unveiling of the Hongqiao Global Service Center for Industrial Products, which marks a significant step forward in promoting the international expansion of industrial products from the CBD.
The new service center is a collaboration between the Shanghai Federation of Industry and Commerce's Industrial Products Chamber of Commerce and Shanghai Hongqiao International Import Commodity Exhibition and Trading Co Ltd.
The goal is to establish a global industrial products service ecosystem by integrating the two sides' resources in cross-border logistics, compliance services, and digital technology.
