It provided a platform for diverse interactions between exhibitors and buyers. The trade and investment matchmaking event attracted over 5,000 companies and industrial parks, generating more than 300 cooperation intentions. Centralized signing events produced nearly 600 agreements.
This year's expo achieved a record $83.49 billion in intended deals, a 4.4 percent increase over the previous year.
Running alongside the expo, the eighth Hongqiao International Economic Forum discussed global governance and unveiled the World Openness Report 2025. The report stressed the importance of maintaining the multilateral trade system and expanding cooperation in digital and green sectors to create an open, mutually beneficial global economy.
