In a bid to boost collaboration on innovation between China and South Korea, Songhan Innovation Park was inaugurated in the Shanghai Hongqiao International Central Business District on Jan 23 and welcomed its first businesses.
The inauguration ceremony took place at a Sino-South Korean sci-tech industrial development forum, which attracted representatives from over 100 South Korean companies in Shanghai eager to explore new collaboration opportunities between the two countries.
Three companies signed agreements to move into the park, while nine organizations, including the Korean Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai and the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency, signed cooperation agreements to strengthen ties in the modern services industry.
